Beautiful and comfortable villa for rent in Denia. Located on the road to Las Marinas, about 6.5km from the city center, and 400m from the sandy beach. Within a radius of 1 Km you will find restaurants and supermarkets.

The villa is located within a large plot and consists of living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Everything is on ground floor. Covered terrace and garden area with private pool. Air conditionning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito nets.

Denia is located on the Costa Blanca, between Valencia and Alicante. It is the ideal place to discover this part of Spain, the coast as well as the beautiful inland valleys and mountains landscapes and villages. From Denia you also can sail to Ibiza or enjoy Benidorm´s theme parks. Denia offers 20 km of coast with quiets waters that invite you for a swim or for a dive. Beaches with sand, rocks, coves, many of them with Blue Flags of the clean Seas of Europe. Denia is one of the best place in Spain to practice windsurf, diving, sailing, and it offers facilities to practice many nautical sports as well as others like golf, tennis and so on. Denia offers many possibilities like shopping, going to “La lonja” the typical fishers market place, visiting the castle, walking in the prestigious area of the Montgo Natural Park with fantastic views to the coast. Comodidad y cercanía a la playa

Hemos pasado 15 días muy cómodos. La casa tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días sin echar en falta nada, el aire acondicionado y las mosquiteras ha hecho que la estancia fuese perfecta, fresquita y sin mosquitos. La zona es muy tranquila. Esta muy cerca de la playa, a menos de 5 minutos andando, ideal para no tener que mover el coche ni preocuparte por aparcar. Todo ha sido perfecto.

Belle maison avec piscine mais il faut vivre à l arrière car route gênante à l avant avec bruits. Barbecue à changer il est cassé et pas de lave vaisselle dommage

Nous avons fortement apprécié la réactivité et disponibilité de l'agence Deniasol. La propreté des lieux. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui a participé au confort de nos vacances. Mettre un peu plus de verdure autour de la maison. Nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait une pelouse. Et le portail automatisé serait un plus. La puissance électrique aussi serait à revoir.

Todo muy bien

La casa es igual que en la descripción y las fotos. Amplia, cómoda y con lo necesario en la cocina. Encontramos la casa limpia al llegar. La piscina está muy bien! La comunicación con la agencia a sido perfecta, sin ningún inconveniente. Un detalle que no nos ha gustado mucho, es que los dueños o personal de limpieza de piscina llegan y entran a la parcela sin aviso ninguno ni decir nada. Aunque se agradece mucho la limpieza de la piscina, estaría bien que avisaran o como mínimo preguntarán antes de entrar. Por poner una pega, pero esto no depende de la agencia, es que la casa está cerca de una calle muy concurrida, por lo cual se escuchan mucho los coches. A parte de eso, todo bien.

Ganz toller Service, sehr professionell. Kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder . Nach einer Woche wurde sehr ordentlich geputzt, der Pool wurde auch jede Woche geputzt und geprüft.
