Bedroom and bathroom
The house has 1 bedroom on the first floor with two single box-spring beds. The beds are made up as standard. There is a large landing with a spacious closet. There is also a modern bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is a second separate toilet on the first floor.

Garden
The large fenced-in garden features a beautiful, sheltered south-facing patio. There are adjustable garden chairs with cushions, a beach umbrella, and an awning.

A washing machine is available in the utility room. Free Wi-Fi. The entire first floor has underfloor heating. There is a playground for children with play equipment and a seesaw. You can also use the “Fietsenboetje,” a locked shed for your bicycles that includes a power outlet. In addition, the Wulpenweid features a wellness garden with a hot tub and a barrel sauna. You may use the wellness garden for 2 hours each day free of charge, and you have your own parking space. There is also a charging station for electric cars available for shared use.
