Nothing like the pictures pool didn’t even have water, room was cool upon arrival definitely could have been cleaner but we were stuck from traveling. Pillows and bed super uncomfortable/ceiling fan caked in dust doorway had duck tape up top and you could see outside from the sides of the door did not make you feel very safe. Woman @ front desk was friendly and polite however the entire property was littered and unkept would not recommend

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. The room was filthy and clearly had not been cleaned before our arrival. there was urine in the toilet, used tissue, and trash left in the bathroom. The carpet was so dirty that I didn’t even feel comfortable walking on it, and the walls looked grimy and neglected. The entire building is in desperate need of renovation. When we went to the front desk to report these issues, the receptionist was completely unbothered and unapologetic. She offered to switch us to another room, but based on the condition of the first one, we were already completely turned off and chose not to stay. To make matters worse, we couldn’t get a refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. it’s the kind of place that feels unsafe and poorly maintained. Avoid at all costs.

I am writing in reference to our stay I had two rooms booked with Children in them…your hotel and our experience was awful. The rooms are disgustingly nasty! One room had black mold in it, lots of dirt and grim and LIVE cockroaches!!! The other room was equally as nasty….I had to go and ask for clean bed linens the ones was covered in blood and dirt! The entire room was nasty…and has exposed wires and LIVE cockroaches!! This hotel should not even be allowed to operate! The smell of some one smoking marijuana was awful! I am attaching pictures! We had no other choice but to stay at this hotel!! I am requesting a full refund for both rooms! The black mold and exposed wire would get you shut down in our town! It was so bad until we had to go and buy wash clothes and pillows just to take a bath and sleep a few hrs which we did not turn the lights off for fear of roaches getting in our stuff!!

The tubs could’ve been cleaner. I said tubs bc I went from 1 room to another. I had to lay a small towel in the tub in order to feel comfortable enough to shower. The housekeepers were very polite and friendly tho.

Doors locked and had to ring a bell for service at 4:30 in the afternoon. Had to wait for several minutes before anyone responded. Had a reservation and still had to hand over drivers license and credit card. Room had a strong air freshener scent to cover other odors. I would give the room a 6 out of 10.

A rough weekend.

I have stayed at a number of Days Inns around the country. This one was the least satisfactory. Breakfast was various breads and cold cereal. There was a non operative waffle maker with no ingredients. Premade omelets were in the refrigerator and no means to prepare them unless you used a microwave. The room was clean. The AC had no dehumidifier function. The room was a virtual cold sauna. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

First of all, they called us like a day before to see if we were still coming cause they overbooked themselves. Second, there was no swimming pool. It hadn’t been in Used in over a year third the room was not handicap proof by any means too dangerous for any of my handicap, people who were with me to use this shower . Fourth mold pieces everywhere on the bathroom door black mold it look like too. The baseboard were coming and peeling off and it was mold. The sink in the bathroom was leaking on the floor enough to keep the floor, damp and wet with since it’s tile is dangerous for slipping purposes

A pool was advertised, but the pool was not available for use, was green from algae, and looked like it had not been available all summer - big bummer for 3 kids after 9 hours on the road. Room was dirty, with accumulated dirt in corners, stains on the walls, and multiple dents in the door. At breakfast, there was egg and cheese covered bagels that were left out at room temperature, and there was no batter to use the waffle maker. Quite an unpleasant experience, and I was already there for a funeral.

carpet needs replaced and bathroom floor felt greasy. I had to use a towel on the floor so I wouldn't slip. it needs to be mopped with hot soapy water and dried by hand. it reminded me of when I was young and worked at a restaurant and how it was greasy like. other than that the stay was okay.

Terrible place

Front desk lady nice nasty. Rooms were not clean which i had her check and she agreed.said no one could clean it cause they were off duty which she lied. They were still there. Cleaning staff was nice and polite . Had to wait hour for clean towels. Will never go there again .came from detroit to family reunion for nice time in 25 years to this .
