We booked a king room and when we got there we were told they didn’t have any… yet the place was empty. There was no WiFi when we arrived which was there excuse for not knowing if they had king rooms. No wifi also meant the TV did not work. There was a pipe on the check in counter with weed in it. We also woke up to the stench of weed in the morning. The door to the room was not sealed… you could see right outside or inside for that matter. Stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was very large. Breakfast was dodgy -- it was in an adjoining restaurant, but they only had eggs & bacon. No milk or orange juice, and only powdered creamer for coffee. The woman who worked there was very sweet, so that was nice!

First room we were given was under remodeling, clearly had not been cleaned. Bathtub was full of old caulk that had been ripped out. Trash can was full of some kind of filth with no liner. Second room we were moved to was less filthy yet also had been neglected, only one cup, and all all the appliances were jury-rigged off an extension cord, and dirty footprints on the floor. Manager or owner "had to check" the second room to see if it was cleaned. It's not rocket science. Keep a list of which rooms have been cleaned our not. Surprise $8 charge was billed to our card bill in addition to Expedia with no explanation and was not on our checkout folio. NEVER AGAIN.

The room was dirty, the TV remote did not work. The main problem was that the restroom had problems , the toilette was leaking and the shower handle fell off. The breakfast was served by employees, not by ourselves, and the waiting time took so long , the amount of food served was poor. I would not stay there again.

I got charged twice for my stay . When I asked the front desk about it they said they do that to everyone I explained it was prepaid and the lady who attended was not helpful at all. When I checked out the gentleman that did help said they were wrong in charging me again when I checked in and that he would try to refund the second charge. We asked for a non smoking room and was changed to a smoke room . Not the cleanest we could see hairs from The previous people who stayed in the room and there was dust everywhere . The remote for the tv had no batteries so we couldn’t watch tv also the mini fridge and the tv use one power outlet so either you can use the tv or the minifrdge or the microwave but only one at a time maybe invest in a power outlet for more than one appliance. Breakfast was a joke at this point why offer free breakfast

Had no housekeeping staff during day shift. When we arrived at 4:00pm, we had to wait about 2 hours for a room to be cleaned. Property looks very tired and dated, but it was clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was hot and cooked to order. There is a decent Italian restaurant within easy walk.

Super super nice room, clean bathroom, looks to be newly renovated, hardwood floors, super comfortable bed and pillows. I was very pleased especially with the price but this is a very nice property
