Set beside the Nooksack River and Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, this one bedroom condo is made for slow mornings, trail filled afternoons and cozy evenings beside a real wood burning fire. It is an inviting home base for couples, solo travelers, skiers and hikers looking for both mountain adventure and time to reset.

INSIDE SNOWATER NOOK
After a day of skiing, hiking or exploring the Mt. Baker area, settle into the living room and warm up beside the wood burning fireplace. The stone hearth and surrounding forest create the kind of cozy mountain atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and stay awhile.
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing breakfast before the trails, packing a ski day lunch or sharing a relaxed dinner at home. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo, making longer stays and wet weather adventures a little easier.

The condo accommodates a maximum of two guests.

The private bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge after a full day outside. The home has one full bathroom.
OUTDOOR SETTING
Step outside into a peaceful landscape of towering evergreens, forest paths and the sounds of the nearby Nooksack River. A trail begins near the condo and leads through the community toward the riverfront and surrounding forest.
The corner location offers a quieter, more tucked-away setting than many traditional resort stays. During warmer months, the surrounding trees also help keep the condo naturally shaded and comfortable.

Although the condo itself is located on the ground floor, the route from the parking area includes a short walk along a lighted gravel path and several steps. The property is not step free.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole condo and Snowater Resort's sounds and amenities.
After a full day of skiing or exploring the trails, unwind with a soak in the hot tub or take a dip in one of the two heated indoor pools. Guests can also enjoy the resort’s tennis courts, pool table, sauna, fitness center, squash courts, adult lounge, outdoor BBQ areas, and nearby walking paths. The Neighborhood:
Snowater Resort is a peaceful 20 acre mountain community tucked between the Nooksack River and Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Surrounded by towering evergreens and more than 1,000 feet of riverfront, it offers a quiet setting with trails, bridge crossings and forest paths to explore.
Guests have access to two clubhouses with heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a cedar sauna, fitness facilities, game rooms and a variety of indoor and seasonal outdoor sports courts. Outdoor gathering areas, playgrounds, charcoal grills and riverfront picnic spots make it easy to enjoy the community without leaving the resort.
Snowater is conveniently located for exploring Glacier, Mt. Baker and the surrounding national forest. Spend the day skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing or sightseeing, then return to a peaceful community where the river and forest set the pace.

Other Things to Note:
PARKING & ACCESS
The condo is located on the ground floor, but access is not completely step free. Guests must walk a short distance from the parking area along a lighted gravel path, with several steps along the route. Guests with limited mobility should review this information carefully before booking.
INTERNET & CELL SERVICE
Snowater condos currently use DSL internet, which generally ranges from approximately 1 to 5 Mbps. It is usually sufficient for basic browsing and email but may not support demanding remote work, multiple devices or consistent video conferencing.
Both Snowater clubhouses offer higher speed Starlink internet. Cell service can be limited throughout Glacier and the surrounding mountain communities, depending on the carrier.
WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE
One starter bundle of firewood is provided. Additional firewood may be available for purchase from the Snowater office during operating hours. Guests are responsible for using the fireplace safely and following any seasonal fire restrictions.
SHARED RESORT AMENITIES
Pools, hot tubs, sauna, fitness facilities, courts and other recreational spaces are shared with Snowater owners and guests. Rules, operating hours and temporary closures are managed by the Snowater Resort association.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
Snowater Resort currently has four shared EV chargers. Charging is offered for a fee and must be coordinated directly with the Snowater office.

MOUNTAIN LIVING
Snowater is located in a rural mountain environment. Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, changing weather, snow, ice, falling branches and occasional utility or internet interruptions. Grocery stores and restaurants are limited, particularly during quieter seasons, so we recommend purchasing groceries and checking restaurant hours before arriving.
