The Space:
Welcome to Aspire, a polished mountain retreat surrounded by the evergreens of the Mt. Baker area. Set beside the national forest and designed for up to 6 guests, this three bedroom home pairs contemporary comfort with the kind of setting that makes a mountain getaway feel like an actual escape.
Spend the day skiing or exploring Mt. Baker, then come home to your private hot tub with the national forest as the backdrop. On cooler evenings, settle onto the front deck beside the propane fireplace and patio heater, or head inside for dinner and a relaxed evening together.
The main level is designed for gathering, with a spacious living area, large windows, warm wood details and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and an island with seating. Fiber Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed.
Sleeping Layout
All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor:
•Primary bedroom: King bed, en suite bathroom and private balcony facing the national forest
•Bedroom 2: King bed
•Bedroom 3: King bed
•Sleeps up to 6 guests
Three true king bedrooms make Aspire especially comfortable for couples traveling together, families with adult children and small ski groups who want real bedrooms rather than bunks or sofa beds.
Outside, the private hot tub offers a beautiful place to unwind beneath the trees. The front deck provides another inviting gathering space with a propane fireplace and propane heater, making it especially enjoyable during crisp fall evenings and ski season.
Aspire is also dog friendly for up to 2 dogs with the applicable advance pet fee.
Winter Stays
Winter in the Mt. Baker area is spectacular, but guests should arrive prepared for mountain conditions. The driveway is sloped, and 4x4 is required during winter. Parking is limited to a maximum of 3 vehicles.
After a day in the snow, come back to the hot tub, gather around the propane fireplace, make dinner together and settle into the quiet of the surrounding forest.
Aspire offers the best parts of a Mt. Baker getaway: mountain adventure outside the door and a comfortable, beautifully designed place to come home to.
Guest Access:
Full access to the entire home, private yard, hot tub, and all amenities. Self check-in via lockbox after hours or in person during office hours.
Welcome book in the home provides check-in instructions, local
recommendations, and service requests.
The property is located in Mt Baker Rim — a private,
gated community bordering Mt Baker Snoqualmie National Forest. Gate access cards are provided
upon check in after guest verification has been complete. Community amenities include forest trails and a peaceful, quiet setting.
The Neighborhood:
Mt. Baker Rim is a peaceful private gated community surrounded by classic Pacific Northwest forest and bordering the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest.
Glacier’s restaurants, coffee and local stops are about 5 minutes away, while Mt. Baker Ski Area is approximately 25 minutes up the highway. In winter, it is an easy home base for skiing and snowboarding. During the rest of the year, hiking, waterfalls, river access and mountain exploring are all nearby.
The neighborhood itself is quiet and forested, giving you the tucked-away feeling of a mountain escape without putting you far from the places you came to explore.
