The first floor features an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area including a dishwasher and a freestanding wood stove to cozy up to (firewood provided). The first floor also includes one bedroom with 1-king sized bed, one full bath, and a mudroom with a full size washer and dryer. The second floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a half bath, another bedroom with 1-twin sized bed, and an open loft family room with a walk-out balcony...perfect after a long day of taking in the splendor that Mt. Baker has to offer. Just outside the front door is a nice front deck, complete with a combo charcoal and gas BBQ (propane provided). Just outside the back door is your own private HOT TUB! This pet-friendly, wifi equipped, and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly. The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground!
