Guter Standard mit einigen techn. Mängeln

Wir bewohnten das Haus mit 5 erwachsenen Personen im Mai 2023. Bei Anreise standen wir leider etwas unter Zeitdruck, so dass der Check-In etwas hastig verlief (unsererseits). Trotz außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten liegenden Uhrzeit wurde uns der Check-In ermöglicht, dafür ein dickes Plus. Bei Ankunft am Haus erzählte man uns von einem Sturm in der vergangenen Nacht und dass leider die Terrasse etwas beschädigt sein. Dort war allerdings „nur“ der Sichtschutz von betroffen, der dann am selben Tag noch repariert werden sollte (kurz vorab: bei Abreise hing das Teil immer noch auf der Terrasse). Die technischen Probleme wurden dann am zweiten Tag sichtbar. Die Toilette im Erdgeschoss war an der Wand nicht dicht so dass beim Spülen einiges an Wasser austrat. Das meldeten wir umgehend befindet Hausverwaltung welche Techniker ins Haus schickten, nach erfolgten Arbeiten mussten wir nur leider selber die Reinigung vornehmen, das sah man anscheinend nicht als selbstverständlich an. Wenn man im Obergeschoss duschen ging tropfte das Wasser durch die Decke in die Badewanne des Untergeschosses. Wurde ebenfalls gemeldet. Die Decke des Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sah so aus als wäre das Problem nicht erst zwei Tage alt. Beim Check-Out hörte man sich unsere Beschwerden zwar noch an, nahm das aber meines Erachtens nicht ganz ernst. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir über Locals vor Ort buchen die wir während unseres Aufenthaltes kennenlernen durften.

Cumple las expectativas

La casa está genial la piscina es un 10 y super limpia si tengo que ponerle alguna pega son los colchones ya que la estancia en estos alojamientos no suele ser corta y las camas eran muy incómodas, y por otro lado para acceder a la barbacoa hay que salir de la casa a la calle no había luz y no pudimos aprovecharla por la noche. El personal super amable y la zona perfecta si buscas tranquilidad buen clima.
