I was a little disappointed after checking out that the attendant at the front desk didn’t acknowledge the emergency that we all experienced on my first night at the hotel. Luckily everything turned out to be ok but after an hour and a half, I didn’t receive any communication between myself and the hotel. It was extremely hard to go back to sleep after the emergency sirens went off in the building and startled myself and all of the other guests and I could not fall back asleep. Sadly I was so worked up I could not get comfortable and fall asleep my second night at the hotel. I know this was out of their control, but the lack of acknowledgment was very disappointing for a Hyatt hotel.

We have stayed at the Hyatt Place in Delray Beach a number of times. The staff has always been great, pleasant and helpful. We love the amenities: breakfast, gym and pool. The location is fantastic, walking distance to great Resturant’s and the beach.
