Our stay overall was good. The location is excellent and there are tons of great restaurant options nearby, so you’ll never run out of places to eat. The listing photos were also very accurate, and the space looks just as pictured.That said, there were a couple of downsides worth noting. There is ongoing construction right outside, which makes the apartment less ideal if you’re hoping to nap or spend quiet time during the day. In addition, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear neighboring units. There’s also a surf shop below, and we could hear music starting early in the morning (around 8 AM) and continuing through the day.If you’re planning to be out most of the time and just need a well-located place near the beach, this works well. But if you’re looking for peace and quiet, it may not be the best fit.

Great location and space. Clean, close to the beach and added plus that there were beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas available to enjoy. Easy check in and responsive hosts. Definitely recommend!

Brampton was very responsive with any questions, etc. The apartment was perfect for my needs.. amazing location- 1 block from beach! and right on Atlantic Ave. Decorated in cute retro decor and it was great to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas that came along with the rental :)

Amazing stay! You can’t beat the location—steps from the beach and close to great shops and restaurants. The place was super clean, safe, and easy to get into. Loved that they provided beach towels, chairs, and coolers. The spot above the surf shop with its own parking space was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely spotless and perfectly located!This VRBO is right in the heart of downtown Delray Beach—just steps from the ocean. The unit was immaculately clean, and everything we needed for a beach day was thoughtfully provided: beach towels in the room, plus chairs and coolers available in the hallway. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun.Management was fantastic—clear, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Instructions for accessing the property and preparing for checkout were simple and well-communicated.I’ll definitely be staying here again. Five stars all the way

Perfect Getaway

I dealt with Matthew and he was terrific, very accommodating, responsive and he made the process very easy. Property was excellent, clean, and had everything we needed and more. Location was unbelievably close to the beach by foot and stores. Will definitely stay here again!

Delray apartment -our experience

The management company offered superior service.The location off the property was outstanding. However the description of the property was not totally accurate .There were 18 steep steps to get to the apartment . then apartment consisted of one large space , with the two beds separated by a curtain from the rest of the area. There was no closet to hang clothes only drawers an]d a stack, the kitchen was more like a minimal,:kitchenette with no operational dishwasher or cook top.no iron or ironing board. All that said , management was extremely responsive and scrambled to provide all that was missing.

Perfect place to stay

This was my first time at Delray Beach and we loved it!! We had an amazing time. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. It was very close to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. We had everything we needed for our trip there. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Cute & Convenient Location

Great location and only one block from the beach. We were easily able to carry our gear and find a spot. The area is very safe and has plenty of restaurants and boutique shops to choose from. We especially like Mussel Beach, which had a great happy hour and plenty of sauces to choose from with your mussels. The downside is we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, but once inside we found the setup to be cute and retro. It was the perfect place considering it had two bathrooms. I would stay here again.
