Η ιστορία του κτίσματος ξεκινάει από τα πρώτα μεταεπαναστατικά χρόνια περίπου το 1850. Δημιουργήθηκε για να καλύψει τις ανάγκες διαβίωσης μιας τυπικής αγροτικής οικογένειας. Οι τωρινοί ιδιοκτήτες διατήρησαν την utilitarian αρχιτεκτονική του κτίσματος με απόλυτο σεβασμό στην παράδοση και στην φυσιογνωμία του.
