It left us with the impression that, because we booked from abroad (Singapore), we were not given the same consideration as other guests. "Hotel staff is rude and unfriendly to guests. Our room had a couple of very unpleasant maintenance issues (door would not lock, shower was clogged and other people’s hair was coming out of the drain) that were not addressed when we raised them. There are far better places to stay in Delhi. This hotel is not at all good value for money or a good experience for guests."
