A beautiful and cozy 2 level maizonette next to the sea, with a dreaming view from its balconies, just 1,5km from the town of Galaxidi and its graphical harbour with the beautiful shops, cafes and tavernas.
It has private parking spaces and a private entrance to the beach in only 50 meters with an underground tunnel.
There is also a private place in the sea below for your boat! The house provides all the comforts. It is located on a plot with its own garden of 500 square meters. Amazing view of the green garden with the palm trees, the Corinthian Sea and the imposing mountains of Parnassos as a background. It is the first of the three maisonette buildings inside a large complex of 3500 square meters.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Going up on the first floor there are two big double bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom with clothes-washing machine.
You may enjoy your drink or your food in the large furnished terrace at any time having the amazing view of the sea enjoying its perfect aura and aroma!
