No breakfast was offered all though it was clearly mentioned in the booking details that free breakfast buffet was included. We were told that they will fix it and get back to us but nobody contacted at all and when asked again they said that they cant do anything. Also, we came there after a long flight and 9:30 am in the morning woke up with a loud hammer noise and drilling noise. It was loud to a point where we literally had to talk loudly to make conversation. Really bad experience for the price that we paid.

Exceptional Experience at Radisson Blu MG Road, Delhi! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu MG Road, Delhi. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their professionalism, warmth, and prompt service truly stood out; every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The communication was seamless, and the team made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The property itself is elegant, well-maintained, and offers a great blend of comfort and luxury. A special mention to the staff for their excellent attitude and genuine care; they really made the experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Delhi, whether for business or leisure. I shall definitely be returning!

Worst hotel experience ever

Very rude staff at reception . No swimming pool gym or sauna works . Breakfast too spicy or tasteless food . Trying to get more money when we already paid for breakfast . Ruined our whole trip . Very bad location too . Please don’t book We had to cancel 2nd night stay
