The stay was ok, the checkin was slow and the room lacked a lot of amenities like hair dryer, slippers, pen and paper etc which is common in a good hotel, we had to ask the reception for all of this. The gym was nice but the pool was not that good. The staff were nice and the room cleaning was done properly. The in-room dining was a bit expensive but the food was good. The hotel offers a lot of unique facilities like PS5 in the room for a charge which was really fun. Overall the stay was ok.

We had a very nice day in this hotel. The breakfast was amazing. The buffet was quite a super selection. The room was comfortable, but the bed was a bit hard. The bathroom was clean. The staff tried to be helpful, but I did ask them to freeze some cold packs for my medication and despite my clear instruction that did not happen but other than that, we were very happy. The bar is also quite nice.

Great place for a family, staff is helfyl, courteous and friendly. We were upgraded without any additional cost. Loved the spread of the breakfast, it had something for each of the family member... specially the live stations.
