The stay was superb - well trained staff, amazing service and a beautiful room. It is also walkable from the metro station and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. I'd love to stay in the hotel again when I visit the city.

The check in took forever there were 2 desks manned out of 4. I was second ib line it took them 15 min to reach me. Rooms was superb. Carpets ageing a little. Njce breakfast. Though coffees tended to be bad. Overall good stay. Do i think it is significantly better than holiday inn and lemon tree next door-NO

Slept with a fan in the room!!!

The air conditioning was the worst I’ve ever experienced! Had to request for a fan! First time I’ve ever paid money to sleep with a fan in the hotel. Lighting was useless. Couldn’t get ready because the room hardly had any proper lighting. Highly highly disappointed this time! Would definitely consider a different hotel in Aerocity next time. Wish I could’ve gotten a refund back especially for sleeping with a fan in the room!

The food options and menu is excellent. Loved the choice of healthy options. One of the best across hotels. The staff is good. Used the spa and the facilities were great. Aerocity Pullman is very convenient for business travellers with close proximity to airport and cyber city.
