Apart from location everything else is below par

Cleanliness of room needs to be improved. Keycards dont always work. Food is below average and grossly overpriced. They dont allow outside food in rooms.

We stayed for two nights, Aug 23 & 25. The building looks great from outside including the lobby. But the rooms were very outdated. The bed and the furniture needs replacement. The bathroom fixtures were cranky and the rainwater shower did not work. The position of the mirror was very inconvenient. There were not sufficient electrical plug points. When checking out on the 26th we found we were charged not per our specification and had to argue to get the balance. Overall both times we were not happy. The only reason we returned the second time, is because we had left our luggage there.

I stayed there for 2 nights .First of all they wont allowed any food in the hotel.You have to order from the resturant in the hotel. Thats not fair.Beds are terrible making noises even if u sit in the bed then washroom wallpapers are teared.The only thing good about the hotel is its safe

The room was average, the bedsheets were not clean, they had stains on it seems to used earlier. There was no iron in the the staff took more 35 mins bring the same and by that i was ready to leave wearing wrinkled Shirt and trousers. I don't think i would ever book a room there again. Room service was also very slow. There seems to be lack of coordination between the staff.

Waiter and manager keep interrupting our breakfast and dinner by talking about themselves and their times in UK. We could not eat our food in peace. I had to change hotel and the staff there was so professional. Our stay there was the best ever.
