My stay was short as i tried to get shuteye for a 14?hr lay over - overall the hotel is clean and well maintained ( 3-4 star by American std), but the staff service needs more work 1) entering the hotel they take away your suitcases but dont tell you why? You have to ask the checkin guy to find you bag- why not tell the guest why the bag is taken and give it back during check in? 2) after check in someone calls and asks if everything is ok - i told i needed some food and she says go down to the downstairs cafe-which is only dine in ( selling inhouse cafe?)- she didnt mention that at walkable distance i had starbucks and restaurant where i could go pickup if i didnt want to do sitin dine in. 3) check out is another confusion —>> seems the staff is always scurrying and missing that “make guest life comfortable “ attitude- overall 2 stars for service

Bathroom showing signs of wear. The room overall had a mildewy/stuffy smell (and wallcovering had some stains that seemed to be due to humidity). We only stayed for a short night before an early morning flight, so it did the job, but I'd not have enjoyed staying there for multiple evenings. The hotel property itself and staff were nice and the location is very convenient to the airport.

Avoid this hotel. Stay at JW Marriott or Novotel

This is certainly not a 5* hotel, and no one should stay here. - I was promised a view of the airport, which I had people from Holiday Inn confirming my request will be done. Turns out this view doesn't exist, and instead I got the most horrible view of a depressing dark building site. Duty manager did offer to change the view to poolside view however I declined as I was fed up - The TV didn't work until engineer finally turned up after various calls to customer service - I wasn't having breakfast due to catching a flight therefore I requested to have lunch or dinner the previous day for no charge. This was declined. They offered my 30% discount which I declined as this was an insult - The safe wasn't working in the room and no one came to fix it after multiple calls to customer service. I am not waiting around therefore I left the room eventually and then someone apparently came but I wasn't there to open the door. The safe should be working in the first place - The lights in the room wasn't working - There is a lack of internal plugs in the room and seeing how this is a hotel which welcomes mostly international passengers, the lack of plugs and international plugs was bad - The actual room was terrible as wallpaper was peeling, and a lot of wear and tear showing throughout The service in a whole is really bad. One manager did offer my free cab service to airport which was nice. I would not suggest anyone stay at this hotel.

Holiday inn is not a good place

I was booked from hotel.com some reason when I was booked I made a mistake for double booking then right away I was called the hotel.com they said the have to call holiday inn to confirm but holiday in they know I made the mistake but they was refused to give the refund it was not a good customer service. Next time before you book a room please think twice.
