The building is absolutely stunning and we had an amazing view of the lotus temple! If you’re a foodie there’s lots of variety on the menu! We only stayed for one night, but would definitely recommend!

Everything about this hotel is par excellence! The team at front office. Manager Amit , team at Cafe , breakfast spread & team there, housekeeping and rooms! Cant appreciate enough for all that they do consistently, I have been coming here for multiple years now and every time i come back, i see service level a notch above. Keep it up team!

Eros hotel is excellent but that comes at a price. Good facilities all round. Outstanding buffet breakfast with many choices. Very near to Nehru Place Metro station where there is a variety of restaurants all very reasonably priced.

Overall a good property and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is very good. However, the rooms need massive upgrade as they look dated. If this was a 3 or 4 star property, I’ll give them 10/10 but the rooms (& bathrooms) were a let down. This is a 5 star property but not the rooms.

Great staff service , shops and restaurants nearby and inside the hotel premises but the surrounding area is dirty , noisy and crowded. The hotel itself needs some upgrades, like hallway carpet, bathrooms and rooms need repainting, air vents need cleaning . Buffet breakfast has great selections .

I have always found my visits over the years to the Eros Hotel in Delhi, first class in service, cleanliness, food and always get a good nights sleep. Just a pity the Eros does not have a loyalty programme!
