Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet acceptable standards. The room showed clear signs of lack of upkeep, particularly in the bathroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. Disappointing

Was given a room with a broken AC thermostat. They didn't even check the room before giving it to their guests. The room was boiling hot. After fixing it once, the thermostat gave out again in the middle of the night switching to heating mode! Had to get it fixed again in the morning after spending the night in intolerable heat. To make things worse, the fridge in the room was extremely old, noisy, emitting so much heat when in operation making the room hotter than it already was. The receptionist was not experienced in customer service at all. That is the most basic thing that hotels should be looking at to provide a welcoming experience. Will not book again.
