As the hall is large and open, traditional air conditioning isn't practical. Instead, we've equipped it with a powerful air cooler to keep the space comfortable throughout your stay.
A nominal kitchen charge will apply if used, due to the current LPG shortage all over the country .

Guest access
At Ananda Boutique Farmstay, we ensure your stay is comfortable with our dedicated caretaker and helper to attend to your basic needs. Our team also includes other caretakers and gardeners who maintain the lush property grounds for a serene and welcoming environment.
✔ When you book the property for 8 pax, you gain exclusive access to the entire villa, including 4 spacious rooms and 4 well-appointed bathrooms, perfect for a relaxing and private stay.
✔ No underage drinking, narcotics, late-night or unregistered visitors, or hookah. All guests must submit government approved ids - failure to do so will result in us not allowing their entry.
✔ Access to the 2 new rooms in the outhouse is given for bookings of 10 or more people and is chargeable as an extra.
Dining & Recreation Hall
✔ Our expansive ceiling‑to‑floor hall, which includes the dining area and billiards table, is designed as an open space. Because of its scale and openness, traditional air‑conditioning isn’t effective here. Instead, we’ve thoughtfully equipped the hall with a powerful cooler that keeps the atmosphere refreshing and comfortable, making it ideal for group meals, games, and social gatherings.

✔ Order meals online through various delivery portals, available for orders placed until early evening.
✔ On-Site Catering Service: We are partnered with a catering service that offers meal plans. A chef and server will come to the property with fresh ingredients to prepare your meals on-site.

Weapons Policy
