Other things to note:-
We don't have a laundry service available, but there is a launderette just a few blocks away from the house that also does home pick-up and delivery service. The number of the facility will be provided if the guests ask.
(2) Do not throw anything such as tissues, condoms, etc in the toilet, use the bin. Please do clear your dustbin placed in the room or toilet during your stay or on checkout. The same should be trashed in the big bin placed near the entry door of the apartment.

(3) Please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use and before leaving your room.

(4) Support my environmental initiatives by conserving water and electricity. Especially using air- conditioning responsibly and switching it off once the room temperature has reached comfortable proportions. The use of fan is encouraged to circulate air.

(5) You get the key to the main entry door of the apartment. The same should be locked each time while accessing it ( both inside/outside) regardless of your host is present or not.

(6) Clear your trash/food boxes from home deliveries from the common areas (lounge, dining area and balcony).

(7) Allow housekeeping staff to clean your room. I follow a consultative approach as far as possible. However I do encourage daily cleaning of the rooms, hence request your support.

(8) Outside guests ( other than the ones booked to stay) are welcome to meet the guest in common area for a reason. Please keep the host informed of the same. Outside guest is strictly not allowed inside the guest rooms.

Amenity limitations - Toilet roll and towels on request, liquid soap provided, please do turn off the water geyser after use.
