Room was clean, staff was friendly and check-in was quick. We stayed during a wrestling tournament so we didn't get a chance to use the extra amenities (pool, basketball courts, tennis courts, pool table ect.) Easy highway access. Would stay again.

Photos online do not depict the reality of this property. Hot tub not working. Rooms are basic and Need updating. The best I can say about this place is the nice man who checked us in and the hot shower.

Friendly staff and a clean room in a motel-like setting behind one of the few remaining Delaware Water Gap resorts. The original building is closed, so guests stay in the motel rooms behind it. The rooms could benefit from larger and softer towels and some better lighting throughout. The pool looked good though we didn't have time to use it. That being said this is a fine place to stay that is central to all that the Gap and Stroudsburg have to offer. We will likely stay here again.

The key to the hotel room didn’t work to open the door, had to wait to get another key, the room was musty smelling, the Ben extremely uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.

The staff is clearly an older couple that may or may not be aware of how dangerous and under-maintaned the property is. None of the pictures posted are what you get. The pool is empty, broken down and out of use. The "fireplace" fireplace is a pile of logs at the end of a parking lot area with a barbed wired fence behind it. I was hand the key ro the wrong room l

No bells and whistles, but if all you’re looking for is an inexpensive place to sleep and shower, this is it. I was in the area for a few days of hiking at Delaware Water Gap. This was a good location to use as my home base. The old conference center was the first thing I saw when I pulled in. It gives off haunted house vibes, but the rest of the property was ok but very dated. My room smelled very musty but was clean and met my basic needs. There is no daily housekeeping, but dry, clean towels are available by exchange at the check in counter. The old adage that you get what you pay for applies here. It’s a step up from camping but is not the Comfort Inn!

The owner was very worried about there being more than two people in my party even though I told him repeatedly that I only have 2 people. The bathroom shower curtain was torn and the water kept falling on the bathroom floor. There was no bath rugs and they were very miserly with the towels. The owner seems to be eccentric and nickle and dimes all the guests. You also can’t park more than one car per room apparently. The room rates were almost that of a Hilton hotel! Would not recommend at all!

Dusty room, check in area looks like it’s been abandoned for years. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive and get in the room. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Everything was a disaster cleaning wise. Service wasn’t good either, honestly a bad experience overall. Had to cancel my stay the same day because of how bad it was, they said they would do a refund but they didn’t. If you’re looking for some place for cheap just keep looking somewhere, else this place is not worth your money. I do not recommend this place at all.

It's a nice hotel room was clean!!! It's quiet close to Stroudsburg would definitely stay again. Nice family run hotel!!! Prices are reasonably!!!
