The house is set in a private location . End of the road beside the woods with 120 feet of Lake Delavan inlet frontage. Also has a 80 foot dock that makes it convenient for boating and kayaking in the very low traffic inlet.
Inside the house there are plenty of games to play in the lower level, pool, darts, pop a shot , ping pong , bubble hockey and a bag set.
Conveniently located 1.5 miles from Lake Lawn resort , 10 minutes to the Abbey and 15 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva.

Easiest communication and check in with an owner ever! Brian was a great communicator and so nice to deal with. Our son was getting married on Saturday and we had rented his property from Thursday to Monday. The property is a classic MCM ranch that includes a basement with a walkout to Lake Delevan. The property has plenty of space for us and our other children to spread out, get comfy and ease into the big day at their venue less than 5 minutes away. The property was also at the end of a dead end street, so super quiet and peaceful-something we really appreciated leading up to our son and daughter-in-law's big day! Brian was also very sweet and left us a bottle of bubbly to help kick off the festivities!! Thank you Brian for going the extra mile to make our weekend perfect.

Weekend Golf Outing

We rented the house for a weekend golf outing and the time spent relaxing by the lake, sharing stories around the huge firepit and playing games in the yard really stole the show. The property is beautiful and the home is perfectly set up to host a large group comfortably. The owner was genuinely committed to ensuring that we had a blast and went above and beyond to make sure the property was ready when we got there, that we felt welcomed and even provided insights on courses and nearby restaurants. The only thing I would do differently next time we book a stay, is leave out the golf so we can spend more time relaxing in this oasis of a lakeside property.

Great House, Super Host!

From even before I booked, the host was very communicative and responsive. He was a huge resource of information about the area and was always responsive. We traveled with older teens and they loved the outdoor area. The fire pit and pier are great. The house is large for a bigger family without feeling like you’re on top of one another. Enough bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. The location is perfect for Delavan, Fontana, and Lake Geneva outings - all within 15 minute drive. Overall a great place to stay!

Fun & Spacious Lake Front House!

Great experience! The property offered more than enough space for our group of six. It felt peaceful, spacious, and private, though it's very near to restaurants and other amenities. The property was clean and well stocked with chairs, bedding, and other supplies. Our group loved spending time in the multiple outdoor hangout spaces, including the beautiful upstairs deck and the ground level fire pit, both right off and looking out to the lake. The property manager, Brian, was communicative, friendly, and supportive of our needs. This was a really fun place to stay and one that I would highly recommend for groups of all ages.
