Inside the home, guests find a pleasant space featuring 2 - ensuite master bedrooms upstairs, both furnished with king size beds. Downstairs includes 2 queen beds in 2 spacious guest rooms downstairs. There is an additional queen sized pull out futon in the media room if needed. The home is peaceful and relaxing and quiet away from the busy streets up above. Perfect for a restful night. Relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and peaceful garden space. The house includes 4 bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for everyone. Two living room areas, one downstairs and one on the main ground level attached to an open kitchen. Downstairs features a cozy living/ media living room with big screen TV a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. This house can accommodate 8-adults with ease. Home has central heating and a new AC unit, although we rarely use it, the temperature stays just right no matter the season. This enchanting home invites guests to relax and make lasting memories.
