If you're looking for a tranquil and fun-filled getaway, this is the perfect place. This relaxing and coastal casual townhouse is less than 80 yards from the entrance to the iconic Torrey Pines State Beach, and an easy walk to the lagoon, coffee shop, restaurants and convenience store, all located on the same street.

Situated in the beautifully landscaped Sea Point community with amenities galore, this complex includes, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, 2 tennis courts, sand volleyball court, a playground, clubhouse, recreation room and 5 acre private park. The private, attached, 1-car garage provides easy, direct access and lots of space, and eliminates the need for street parking.

It is a 2 level unit, has no neighbors above or below, a balcony off the living area perfect for people-watching, plus completely private, front and back patio areas. A/C, an open fully-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine (for Vertuo pods), dining area and living room make entertaining a breeze. The lounge area with couch includes an Ultra-HD Smart TV and fast free Wi-Fi and Roku. Bedrooms include 1 king, 2 twins and a twin day-bed with trundle, ideal for families. All linens, bath towels and beach towels are included, hair dryers and ironing board, etc. We provide you with plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, foam surfboard, beach chairs, rolling cooler, large puzzle board and games to help build fun memories of your time here.

We are less than 5 minutes from the Del Mar Race track, 10 minutes from beautiful La Jolla, and 30 minutes from downtown, Legoland, Sea World, and San Diego's world-famous Zoo and Wild Animal Park and less than 90 minutes from Disneyland. We had an amazing stay at this property. The home was clean, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home away from home. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub the most! We walked to the beach almost everyday to enjoy the sunsets. What stood out most was how family-friendly the property was. Angelica went above and beyond to make our holiday special by providing a small Christmas tree and even some fun activities for the kids. We felt so welcomed! The location was so great. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect beach condo for our family of 4 (ages 20 to 55). The condo was equipped with everything we needed for either a beach day or a day at the condo. Loved having access to tennis rackets and beach chairs and towels! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Angelica was warm and friendly and eager to help. Awesome Sun-Drenched Family Fun Experience

Angelica's place is in the perfect location for immediate access to the beach, and Torrey Pines State Park for hiking. It was wonderful to eat breakfast with an ocean view, walk with the kids to the beach, and then spend the afternoons at one of the lovely restaurants nearby.

Amazing location!

We enjoyed our stay. It was cozy, clean and a fantastic location. It had everything we needed and was so convenient to be able to park in the garage. Another great time in SoCal!

Loved our time in Del Mar. Property is centrally located and convenient to the beaches. Host was always available and helpful. Unit is located on a busy street but we enjoyed watching the people, traffic and coastal train. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay in this townhome! Angelica was a wonderful host and checked in on us multiple times during our stay. The home is in a perfect location, just a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and coffee shop. The home was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the beach wagon, chairs, and toys which made beach days easy and fun! My kids also enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. There was plenty of space for my family of five, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend!

Excellent Place to Stay for Beach Vacation

Our family stayed for a wonderful week. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and in Del Mar and San Diego. The house was wonderfully clean and comfortable, and had all the beach toys and tools we needed to have fun with a quick walk to the beach! Easy to get to everything, and we particularly enjoyed sunset views, hearing the ocean from the deck, and walks to Torrey Pines. We'll be back for sure!! Recommend highly for family vacations!

Perfect location for us.

This was one of our favorite stays ever. We loved being able to walk to the beach and great areas for running. Having 4 separate beds was very convenient for us. The place was well-appointed with great beach chairs and toys, well-stocked kitchen, and many nice conveniences. Getting to Torrey Pines golf course was a quick drive or Uber and there is even a bus that goes straight there. We definitely hope to stay again soon.

Great Beach Vacation

This home has everything we needed for a great summer vacation! Located across the street from the Torry Pines beach entrance and fully stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach(towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards); it was easy to spend a day at the beach with the family. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, and pool on the property. The house was clean and bright with amazing ocean views. I hope to stay here again.
