This elegant apartment has just been renovated and offers excellent amenities for up to 4 guests.

Upon entering the apartment through the hallway, you step directly into a large and inviting living room, which includes, among other things, a small workspace. This allows business travelers to work from home as well. A sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) is perfect for social gatherings or a cozy evening of games or TV—perhaps on the 55-inch Smart TV (Netflix available only with your own account).

The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a cozy dining area for 4 people, is accessible via the hallway connected to the living room. It includes a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator and freezer. Salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, and the necessary cooking utensils are provided, encouraging you to cook. In the kitchen, you can also start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this great apartment has to offer. We provide a selection of coffee capsules and, as an alternative, a selection of tea.

Furthermore, the hallway leads to both the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom is stocked with towels, a hair dryer, and personal care products such as mild liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. In addition, there is a washing machine with laundry detergent, so you can do your laundry here as well.
The bedroom features a cozy king-size box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a Smart TV (Netflix available only with your own account), storage for clothes, and a small reading nook. Both the bedroom and the living room can be completely darkened using roller blinds to create a pleasant sleeping environment.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is available for exclusive use. It is accessible via a staircase in a modern and well-lit stairwell. A 24-hour check-in is possible via Smart Lock. More detailed information regarding check-in will be provided with the booking confirmation.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street right in the heart of Deggendorf. The city center, with its many stores and restaurants, is right nearby. In just a few minutes by car, you’ll be out in the countryside. You can also reach the A3 and A92 highways in just a few minutes.

Everything you need for daily life is just a 5-minute drive away!
Restaurants, a bakery, a snack bar, supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Nahkauf, Edeka), banks, a drugstore (Müller), a gas station, and much more are all in the immediate vicinity.

We provide high-quality bed linens and towels. You can also expect a welcome kit with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and tea, along with other little treats :)

A registration form must be completed before check-in (we are legally required to do so).

Please note that the apartment’s entrance door is monitored from the outside by a camera.
House rules
By making a reservation, you agree to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without a refund.
1. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay past the agreed-upon check-out time or delay our cleaning schedule are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their own residence. Please contact us if you would like to book a stay in your own residence.
3. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, even in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair.
4. Commercial photography or videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.
5. Guests exceeding the number specified in the reservation are not permitted. We charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.
6. Pets are not allowed. Violations of our pet policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remotes, or parking passes.
8. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department.
10. It is forbidden to provide services in the apartment. This includes services related to prostitution or similar activities. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the contract, with no right to a refund for the remaining nights.
11. It is prohibited to allow unregistered visitors into the apartment.
COVID-19 SUPPLEMENTS
12. Guests are required to wear face coverings in public areas (hallways, stairwells) as well as in entrance areas. A minimum distance of 1.5 meters from other people must be maintained in these areas.
Guests are not permitted to stay in or enter the apartments or buildings if they have had contact with a person infected with COVID-19 within the last 14 days or if they exhibit symptoms of a respiratory illness or fever. If symptoms develop during the stay, guests must immediately contact our customer service by phone.
14. Apartments may only be occupied by guests to whom the official contact restrictions do not apply.
15. Making a reservation constitutes agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for any resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without a refund.
