Great stay, great price.

Room was great, AC kept it nice and cool, service down at the desk and from housekeeping was great. Nice smart tv in the room with all the usual streaming apps (some require you to sign in with your own account, of course, but YouTube you can watch for free). Laundry room just off the lobby worked without issue. Just overall a great stay at a great price. The only downside is that its way up on the north end of Guam, but it was absolutely worth it.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed to find that the pool was not usable during my visit. It was under maintenance with no prior notice given at the time of booking. This was a letdown, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. I hope management will provide updates or notifications for future guests. Otherwise, the stay was fine and the staff were helpful, but the lack of access to the advertised amenities definitely affected the overall experience.
