Location location location

Beautifully clean, well appointed apartment in a fantastic location. Walking distance yo the beach, town centre and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and couldn't have widhed gor a better spot.

Die Lage in der Marina Deauville ist sehr gut, Strand und Stadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar und vom (dreckigen) Balkon schaute man auf Wasser von der Marina und zwischen den Appartementhäusern auf das Meer. Die Anlage selbst ist optisch in die Jahre gekommen und unser Appartement war nicht sauber, die Fenster, die Schubladen, die Armaturen und auch die Fugen der Dusche waren schlecht gereinigt. Die Matratzen waren gut. Das Appartement war geräumig, allerdings waren einige Schränke nicht zugänglich. Für zwei Personen reichte der Platz, darüberhinaus gibt es Probleme Kleidung unterzubringen. Wenn man über den ungepflegten Zustand des Appartements "hinwegsehen" kann oder bereit ist, selber noch etwas nachzureinigen, ist die Unterkunft wegen der guten Lage trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Très bel appart avec vu sur la marina.Appartement propre, fonctionnel et de bonne taille, chacun peut avoir son espace.Le top, On peut tout faire a pied !Petit bémol pour la Place de parking qui est trop étroite sauf pour une toute petite voiture.En revanche il manque la clim, en cas de forte chaleur en été (expo plein sud) ça serait un vrai plus.Nous reviendrons c est sur !Je recommande a 100%

Appartement agréable et bien situé, bonne literie, bien équipé sauf l'aspirateur balai qui n'aspire rien.. ménage moyen à l'arrivée.. est-ce lié ?De plus nous avions des sacs compressor que du coup nous n'avons pas pu utiliser pour le retour.. / L'équipe interhome sur place, toujours sympa et réactive.

Bauseitige Mängel

Zeitweise funktionierte der Aufzug nicht. Das Wasser wurde, nach Aushang am Vortag, an zwei Vormittagen abgestellt, wegen Arbeiten. Die schriftliche Zugangsbeschreibung war gut, da aber an den Gebäuden keine Beschilderung war ("Batiment A"), war die Wohnung bei der Ankunft nicht leicht zu finden .

La barrière du balcon et le sol étaient très sale de fiantes. Le congélateur n'était pas dégivre et il y avait 3 litres de glace dans celui-ci et du calcaire sur la plonge et les robinets .

Très beau séjour

Nos avons passé une excellente semaine; cette location est parfaite au niveau emplacement, proche du centre et de la plage. Elle offre également une très belle vue et est super équipée en ce qui concerne la vaisselle, la cuisine, le mobilier,....Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Appartement bien situé. La propreté et le nettoyage en général demanderais beaucoup plus de rigueur, surtout pour les sanitaires et la cuisine... Mis à part ce désagrément nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Deauville-Trouville.

Perfekte ruhige Wohnung

Im trubeligen Deauville liegt die Wohnung im (Anfang Juni) ruhigen Yachthafen. Nur die Möwen sind zu hören. Sie ist sauber, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und hat einen großen Südwest-Balkon. Der Parkplatz ist überdacht.Die Betten sind gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis zum Aufzug in der 1. Etage und in der Wohnung sind Treppen-man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein.
