appartement DEAUVILLE les Marinas

agréable séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé et bien équipé. petit bémol concernant le canapé lit pas très confortable. la notice du four serait utile! dommage de ne pas avoir pu profiter du balcon vraiment très sale à cause de pigeons indélogeables, il manquait un filet de protection pour prendre le petit dommage, la vue était pourtant très belle.

Vue mer agréable , coin reposant.

Studio bien aménagé pour un couple. Bel environnement proche commodités. Gros problème, pas une seule chaise pour s'asseoir correctement. C'est abusé. Il n'y a que des tabourets bas de gamme et c'est très inconfortable et insécure. Pas de table pour les repas. A noter : bcp d'odeur de poussière Canapé à aspirer.

A rafraîchir urgemment

L'appartement représente un beau potentiel non exploité Il est sombre ( lumière a revoir) La salle de bain est vétuste ( sol en très mauvais état, peinture noire pas très avenante) prise a revoir Literie a revoir ( canapé lit peu confortable ) panneau électrique dans l'alcôve de l'entrée juste au dessus du lit en hauteur . Il est même indiqué dans le cahier comment rétablir le courant s il disjoncte Pas de mode d'emploi du four micro onde lui très moderne
