Très bien situé, en cours de modernisation

J'ai occupé ce studio pendant trois nuits. Vue superbe sur la plage et la ville de Trouville. Studio bien conçu et lumineux. Mais j'ai trouvé les équipements "chiches et vieillots" pour le prix : pas de poubelle dans la cuisine, petite poêle de 24 cm, une seule casserole, tuyau de douche qui fuit un peu, robinet d'eau froide de salle de bain coincé. D'autres équipements sont neufs (cuisine), modernisation en cours.Ce n'était pas ultra propre (vaisselle, frigo) - mais appréciation personnelle-.
