Pas de problème majeur

On va commencer par les points négatifs il aurait été bien de mettre un deuxième rouleau de papier toilettes la réception de la télévision n'était pas excellente à cause du câble de l'antenne au niveau des points positifs une belle vue sur la mer et proche du centre-ville

Très bon emplacement et très belle vue

Cet appartement, quoique petit, est très fonctionnel et possède tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Un petit bémol pour le réfrigérateur qui congèle tout ce qu'il y a dedans ! Sinon très propre, bonne literie et vue magnifique. Petit plus, un restaurant top au pied du logement. Je recommande.

Bon emplacement et super vue

Certe le logement est petit mais très fonctionnel et complet. La vue est superbe, l'emplacement permet de se rendre en ville a pieds et si on a une petite faim il y a un restaurant très sympa en bas de l'appartement. Et merci au personnel d'interhome, très professionnel et arrangeants.

Une location plus que satisfaisante

Le séjour dans l'appartement était parfait, très bien situé avec une très belle vue sur la Manche (et sur Trouville), dans une résidence agréable. Grâce à la collaboration avec l'ANCV et le départ 18:25, nous avons pu y loger pour pas cher (prix qui restent raisonnables même si on ne bénéficie pas de cet avantage). Il y a tout le matériel nécessaire, et tout est propre. Le seul petit bémol est que, bien qu'il y ait une box, nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter à internet. Sinon tout est parfait !

Un peu vetuste dans son ensemble.Vieux paillaisson dans l'entrée. Sortie bain en papier.Dans l'ensemble ,ça fait le job. Vue incroyable !!! Il suffirait d'un petit coup de peinture, enlever un mico onde ( il y en a deux) Je suis arrivé de nuit, la signalisation pêche par sa suasi absence . Il était minuit , j'ai appelé un numéro ( sui est censé répondre 24/24h j'ai eu un disque sui me disait qu'on allai me répondre, je n'zvais plus de batterie, j'ai raccroché. Et finalement trouvé á.... une he

Séjour d’une semaine

J’ai été déçu de l’état de propreté en arrivant dans l’appartement : il y avait des moutons de poussière à même le salon, le balcon était très sale et en faisant le ménage en vue de la remise des clefs nous avons remarqué que le dessous des tapis n’avaient pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Les ustensiles de cuisine et les couverts étaient gras. L’appartement était néanmoins super et les services de votre agence très bien ! Merci.

Escapade normande

Studio bien placé et lumineux mais la résidence est peu accueillante de prime abord. . La TV est de mauvaise qualité comme la literie. Un effort pourrait être apporté à la décoration et au couchage. Le prix paraît donc un peu élevé au regard de la prestation proposée (45 euros semble honnête).

Moyen

Le balcon était inaccessible et dégoûtant. Des fientes de pigeons partout, sur les fenêtres également, gâchant la vue... Peut-être qu'un effort supplémentaire est fait l'été, mais nous n'avons pas eu cette chance. Le canapé-lit convient un week-end mais n'est pas top. La douche ne ferme pas. Les murs sont très fins, ce qui laisse entendre les différents pipis du matin, etc. L'appartement convient donc pour un week end, il est bien placé, accessible, mais pas à la hauteur de son potentiel.
