Staff was friendly, had good coffee ready out in the lobby very early in the morning. My wife was impressed that they had soft water to shower in. Her hair turned out amazing for photos. We spent much time at their cozy lounge in the evening after all the hiking. Had breakfast across the street...it was excellent. The hot tubs were set at 104 degrees that evening which is commendable. And ofcourse their location in the heart of that beautiful canyon is remarkable. I am willing to pay more to stay in such a beautiful location...but we do spend considerable money at their bar and also their diner...so as long as the room prices aren't too outrageous...we will look forward to being back.

Location is spectacular. Really disappointed when I was informed on arrival that the Latchstring restaurant was closed that day for a private party. The only other food option was overpriced frozen pizza in the "lounge". A notification of the situation before arrival would have been appreciated.

The amenities are awesome. They even have bathrobes for you to wear. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfy and the staff are extremely friendly. I would gladly stay here over and over! Its a wonderful place to get away!
