The hotel is great! Very clean, good breakfast, tons of parking. Our only concern was that you can't make a left out of their parking lot which is fairly inconvenient but nothing the hotel can do about it.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby area was nice. The staff was ok... Our room was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The TV was working then it wasn't, we had to tell the front desk that the remote would not communicate with the TV, after most of the day it was fixed. The in room coffee maker lid was broken. The bathroom faucet sprayed water all over, the tub did not drain properly and the tub /shower area should be redone. The continental hot breakfast was cold, The Oat meal was cold and runny. The coffee in the room and the lobby had very little flavor, if any.

Room was clean and beds were ok. Room door to the hallway had a vertical gap and lots of light/noise from the hallway could be heard if present. Pool heater was out, water was very cold. Hot tub pump was out so no bubbles. Breakfast was edible but not very good. Staff only handled requests if you were standing at the front desk. Phone calls would be looked at but never happened.
