For an extended visit to Stetson University, this was perfect - within easy walking distance on a quiet street. The cottage afforded me everything I needed, including a beautiful front porch for a relaxing cup of tea and a book during off hours. Communication with hostess was excellent. Location to sites and shops was perfect. The house was clean, very comfortable for the two of us, and was hard to leave. The suggestions for restaurants and things to do from our hostess were described accurately. I hope we have the opportunity to stay at this location again.
