The courtesy, honesty and friendliness of the hotel staff made this a 5 star visit. Our room was clean and quite, fitness center has a peleton and had a good breakfast included.

I expect a clean place for my stay as basic for choosing a place and the hotel exceeded on that front as well as all others. The small things add up to a good stay. A great shower and very comfortable beds. A room with great room darkening curtains, a quiet exhaust fan, a most helpful staff, reasonably good location at a reasonable price.

DeLand vacation

The breakfast was delicious! Lots of variety and well maintained. The women putting out the food were super friendly and I got to know them even though our stay was brief. The room was clean, although it did not get serviced while we were there. It was a brief stay, so not a big deal. We used up our last towels, but we didn't need more, so that was fine. I went in the pool one day and would have stayed in longer, but the weather did not cooperate!

As always we enjiyed our Hampton stay.the only factor, which surprised us, waa the ac did not cool the room well at all. Never have ezprienced this at all of the Hamptoms we have stayed so we hope it was just an ac issue

We have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past and they were very nice if a bit pricey. However, this time when we arrived, there appeared to be spots is grease or oil on the tile floor. Other than that the room was spotless. Our main complaint was with the water. When my husband showered, the water was incredibly hot and he had a difficult time getting the temperature down using the faucet handle. He was in the shower only 5minutes. When I got in the shower, I could get no hot water at all and had to take a cold shower. $162 seemed a bit much to pay for this room.
