Pool was closed. They said there’s a restaurant in a Starbucks on site but it never opened and it had a sign in the morning that there was breakfast from 6 to 9 when we went down at 8:45 everything was closed. There’s a small pool it’s outside. It was closed by 8:30. I usually stay at Marriott. I’m always usually really happy. I’m not gonna lie. This is the most disappointing one I’ve ever stayed at and then I had to go find somebody to try to check out.

Very Disappointing

The TV didn't work in our room along with the electrical outlets. The bathroom did not look clean either. I was pretty disappointed as this is a Marriott hotel. The staff seemed to not be available when trying to get resolution for the TV and outlets not working. We were told the maintenance person would come fix it but never showed up. I was not satisfied with this visit at all.

Customer service was good.the bed was really comfortable. Thought should not charge for parking overnight at all. Convenient being around eateries. Very quiet with large rooms. Would be nice to have microwave in rooms. Think overpriced in Bistro & Market on certain items. Would stay again!

We met our sis in law here on our way to Daytona. Love the little town! We walked to the sandwich shop down the street and it was delicious! Hotel was quiet and our room with the balcony was just right, a little noisy but it was still great.

Check ‘breakfast included’ option before booking

Clean place, friendly staff, super downtown location, room was next to the road which woke us up at 530am. I specifically clicked on the ‘breakfast included’ option on Hotels.com website but then was charged almost $50 when ordering breakfast, so the review would be 4 stars but Hotels.com did a bait and switch on me.

Not ready for business travelers

The kitchen/bar is only open for breakfast. In spite of the web-site advertising and signage all over the lobby area to the contrary. Also, my upgrade to a "city view" room was on the 2nd floor and the view of a 5-story building and an empty parking lot was not what I envisioned. And no coffee in the lobby before 6:30 on business days.
