Beautiful area behind this motel with a park (beach), mini golf, and ice cream. The hotel room just needed some paint, replacement of cheap bathroom door that is peeling and a corner of the ceiling needed scrubbing/painting. I'm sure it's all okay for pheasant hunters as is! Nice staff. Good breakfast options.

We were first put in a room where the air conditioning didn’t work but were immediately put in a different room. The grounds around the hotel was full of trash. The room was ok but glad it was of only one night

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. No coffee pot in room but there was a fridge and microwave. Coffee was on in the lobby. The rooms and building are very dated. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and ham (real eggs), biscuits and gravy, breakfast pizza, yogurt, cereal and fruit, juices and coffee. Overall a good place to stay.

Stay at the Big Pheasant! Its the perfect place to stay if your on a motorcycle trip. Park right outside your door and the best rate in Huron. I’ve stayed here at least 20 times and it’s always the same.
