We felt that we were a pain just because we needed to check in ..very dirty ... although our room was ok clean compared to the lobby area. The elevator was not working when we were leaving with all of our luggage and had to use the stairs...very awkward and ended up tweaking my back in the process. Will never stay here again.

Room was dated but clean and quiet. The breakfast was sub par, the eggs were cold, coffee was bad, no fresh fruit. The breakfast area was clean and organized though. The front desk person was efficient but unwelcoming. Staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly. We would stay again.

It appears the hotel is short-staffed, i.e., the office person was sweeping the floor, and the desk attendant was mopping. The desk attendant on duty the night we checked in gave us a name of a restaurant when asked but didn't know where it was or whether it was open. He also didn't know if (or when) the restaurant in the hotel would be open.

Tv did not work… Bathroom door had the be hit from outside to get out of it if you were by yourself you’d be stuck in it…. Bathroom was dirty and had stuff on the ceiling and walls
