Welcome to Sandpoint Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores! Your stay includes all of Sandpoint's resort-style amenities, including a sprawling oceanfront sun deck, a seasonally heated oceanfront pool, 2 saunas, a fitness room and a community room.

When you enter this luxury, renovated top floor oceanfront condo, the ocean views will take your breath away! The living room offers comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV, all while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The fully stocked kitchen elegantly boasts granite countertops and an eat-in bar, and overlooks the dining area with seating for 6.

The exquisitely decorated oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, a flat-screen TV and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom offers a separate vanity area, a walk-in shower and additional closet space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, with a guest bathroom right next door featuring a tub/shower combo. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests.

Crashing waves and salty air beckon you to the oceanfront balcony, accessible from the living room and all the way up on the eighth floor. Imagine drinking coffee in the mornings while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, or relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening as the day winds down.

Please note that Sandpoint will have active concrete restoration construction through January 2027. Work only takes place during the week, so we are currently only offering weekend reservations to avoid any noise impacts. You'll notice scaffolding along the sides and front of the building, but the oceanfront side, where this condo and the pool are located, is unaffected, and this condo's balcony remains open. There is a small chance of noise if you check in at 4PM on a Friday, since work has a hard stop at 5PM on Fridays. Likewise, if you stay until the 10AM check-out time on a Monday, you may hear noise for up to an hour, as work begins sometime after 9AM on Mondays.

This condo includes one parking space. Please note that the parking garage is currently closed until further notice, so guests can have a maximum of 1 vehicle. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The view was spectacular from the balcony. We saw the dolphins several mornings and the sunrises were gorgeous. Short walk to the beach and also spent time at the pool. Wonderful vacation!!

Excellent condo with beautiful full views of the ocean! Loved the large patio table where we enjoyed most of our meals. Kitchen stocked for all our cooking needs. Very quiet location. We had a great week, weather was perfect and the beach wasn’t crowded.

This was a very easy process and we would definitely rent from Oceans Luxury Rental again. The rental condo was nice!!

Beautiful condo!

Property was lovely with balcony that runs along the length of the condo overlooking the beach and ocean. Everything you need for a great vacation was included in the condo.I didn’t like that cars and trucks could be driving up and down the beach especially at low tide when there was basically no beach.

the room was amazing and the host was pretty communicative. the microwave went out and they got that fixed. the room was awesome and we loved staying there. however, the front desk lady is one of the rudest people we met. so bad that we wouldn’t want to stay there again if it was her still there. however the check in process is definitely a process and pretty weird we have never encountered anything like it. you have to grab keys from a whole different place. the garage was out which sucked but she let us know before hand. the elevators are pretty scary they make so much noise and act like they are going to break. but other than that, we had a blast! thank you.

Condo needs a little updating and deep cleaning. Old fashioned mirrors everywhere, and fake plants. I cleaned out hair dryer, vents, clothes dryer and repaired a ripped seam in the couch.

Great condo (once we got in it)

Dead bolt was locked when we tried to get in. Called for assistance- that evening was a nightmare. We waited 6 hrs and still was unable to get in. Had to repack the car and stay somewhere else that first night (1am by then) and we were exhausted and extremely frustrated- communication with us was poor; I had to I initiate most of the calls to check on progress getting someone to unlock the door). Got in early the next day and after that we had a great stay. (Thankfully we were reimbursed for the hotel room the first night). We would stay there again but will insist they check status of door if we are unable to pick up our packets prior to office closing.

I will never book anything with ocean luxury again and would never stay here again. As soon as we arrived on Saturday a woman who lived there (apparently a board member) was threatening to have our vehicles towed because we didn’t have a parking pass. The office was closed until Monday so there was nothing we could do. Wasn’t made aware ahead of time the exterminator was coming to spray the room and it was mandatory to have access to our room, I would’ve never of booked it due to having 2 infants. When they left, they left our room unlocked. The balcony was falling apart in places and felt like you could fall through at any time. Truly a horrible experience all around.
