The oversized oceanfront deck, with an abundance of patio furniture, is the perfect spot to listen to the seagulls and the waves crashing onto the shore. This first floor condo sits one level above the pool deck, so while the pool is just a short walk away, there is no direct pool access from the deck.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this unit, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. Please note only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. The parking garage clearance is 6'8". This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
