Near the front door, a bay living room is designed for pure relaxation, with a sofa, two reclining easy chairs and a smart TV.

Further inside, relax in the oceanfront living room on plush, comfortable furnishings while taking in the views. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather in the dining room, which seats 6 with 4 additional bar stools.

This unique condo has not one, but two primary suites, and every bedroom includes a smart TV and a desk setup. The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed and a private sliding glass door to the wraparound balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom offers an oversized walk-in shower, a double vanity and an oval garden tub. The second primary suite also enjoys oceanfront views, with a king bed, a walk-in closet and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom, located near the front of the condo, has a queen bed and its own ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a handheld, adjustable shower head. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
