The oceanfront heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by a sun deck, and just below the pool area you'll find a large barbecue area with plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic, plus a fire pit. After your freshly grilled meal, wander into the oceanfront garden oasis with lush landscaping and the serenity of the ocean all around you. The building also features a well-equipped fitness center where you can exercise surrounded by the peace of the ocean, and a gorgeous club room designed for entertaining with a bar, kitchen and dining tables.

The moment you walk into this elegant fifth floor oceanfront condo, you'll begin to feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and large walk-in closets. The primary bathroom offers an oversized walk-in shower, a double vanity and an oval garden tub. The guest bedroom also has a king bed, along with a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom right next door. It also has a private sliding door, with curtains for privacy, that leads out to the front lanai. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
