Towers Ten offers a peaceful, secure beach getaway with a security answering system at the entrance and secured underground parking. The oceanfront heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by a sun deck, and just below the pool area you'll find a large barbecue area with plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic, plus a fire pit. After your freshly grilled meal, wander into the oceanfront garden oasis with lush landscaping and the serenity of the ocean all around you. The building also features a well-equipped fitness center where you can exercise surrounded by the peace of the ocean, and a gorgeous club room designed for entertaining with a bar, kitchen and dining tables.

Near the front door, a bay family room is designed for pure relaxation, with 4 recliners overlooking the Halifax River and the lively city below.
Further inside, unwind in the oceanfront living room on plush, comfortable furnishings. Cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, and gather around the dining table, which seats 6. To make chores less of a chore on your getaway, there is also a full size laundry room.
This condo offers both a primary suite and a junior suite, and every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The oceanfront primary suite features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet and a private sliding glass door to the balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom offers an oversized walk-in shower with a handheld shower head, a double vanity and an oval garden tub. The oceanfront junior suite is more like a second primary suite, with its own king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, ensuite full bathroom and private sliding glass door to the balcony. The guest bedroom, located near the front of the condo, has a queen bed and a smart TV, along with a full bathroom that opens to both the bedroom and the hallway and features a walk-in shower with a handheld shower head. Altogether, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during spring and summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday during those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this condo, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For Airbnb guests, the cancellation policy shown on Airbnb applies and we only need a copy of your ID for stays of 28 nights or longer. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
