Great location

Right on the beach and close to many restaurants. The place was okay. One of the doors to the outside would not open. Wish we would have known to bring toilet paper and silverware. We had to go buy blankets. There were only sheets on the beds.

Weekend

My wife and I made a quick trip to the beach for a concert weekend. Excellent communications and amenities at The Oceanside. The lobby was being renovated, but no hassle at all. Rooms were clean, parking was a cinch and Grady was on top of every detail. Highly recommend and we will be back!

On the beach

Great to be right on the beach. It is not busy right in front of the property so safe for children. Condos are "studio" so cannot do much cooking but kitchenette ok for breakfast food and sandwiches. Many restaurants close by.

When we booked our trip online we were shown tons of pictures of the hotel and the amenities, such as a tiki bar, a restaurant, and a kiddie pool. When we arrived we were not expecting the hotel to be as nasty as it was, first of all the restaurant never opened, then the tiki bar is only open for 3 days a week.. We chose this hotel based on the amenities we saw online. The hotel room we stayed in, did not even have a light on the ceiling, only a lamp light, which made it very dark in the room at all times, we also had to take the fire alarm off the wall because it went off like 10 times the first night we arrived, which was awful. We could not open the door going outside in our room, the handle was broke on the outside, and made it impossible for us to open... The floors had sand and food all over them, so I had to sweep our room the 1st day we arrived. I would never stay at this hotel ever again, it was such a disappointment.
