The second bedroom, known as "Mermaid Oasis," has a full bed, a twin over twin bunk bed and a flat-screen TV, sleeping up to 4 guests. The third bedroom, known as "Flirty Flamingo," has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, also sleeping up to 4 guests. The guest bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms and features a tub/shower combo.

For guests with accessibility needs, both bathrooms have handheld, adjustable shower heads, and the primary walk-in shower has about a 5 inch ledge. The condo's main entrance has no steps or ledge, and the balcony has just a small lip at the slider. The complex is fully accessible and the pool has a pool hoist. Please note the unit does not include any reclining furniture.

Please note that the primary closet is locked and used as an owner's closet, so it will not be accessible to guests.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this unit, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
