For guests with accessibility needs, the primary bathroom is fully accessible. The primary shower also includes a grab bar and a handheld, adjustable shower head, and the guest bathroom tub/shower combo has a grab bar as well.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage with one reserved space for this unit, plus parking for one additional vehicle on the main level on a first come, first served basis. This means guests can have a maximum of 2 vehicles, or the motorcycle equivalent, though only the one assigned space can be guaranteed. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Once your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send our rental agreement for you to e-sign and return. Unless you book on Airbnb, we will need a copy of your photo ID, and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee that is never refundable in the event of a cancellation.
