We had no oven our entire stay. Casago is terrible to work with. No communication whatsoever. They said the oven would be fixed on Monday. No call, no repair, nothing. We bought 500 worth of groceries and could not use half of it. We have 2 people with severe allergies. Had to go out to eat each night.The house lacked the basics. There were 7 forks (we had 10 people), 1/2 roll of paper towels, no garbage bags, broken beach chairs, no hot pad, 1 kitchen towel. An induction stove top with no induction frying pan. I could go on and on. Very dissatisfied, and Casago management has yet to reach out. After several requests!
