Clean

Typically Place I’ve stayed in the past on the water has a distinct smell, not this place! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice space. The only downfall is the pull out bed doesn’t stay up. The bottom portion of the bed sinks so if you have heartburn you are good. I do believe they should offer the coffee bar all day. Looking forward to staying again and having the amenities open.

Nobody knows what they're doing!

The room was beautiful and very clean. Much more than I expected for what we paid. Everything we needed was there and then some. There was no pool because of the hurricanes but we knew that in advance. After we had checked in (for 2 nights) and just started to relax 2 strangers come barging through our door with their luggage and an employee telling us that we weren't supposed to be there. I showed them my info and they apologized and said it wouldn't happen again. The next morning the phone rings and the house keeping is banging in our door telling us that we weren't supposed to be in that room. I went down to the front desk and they were again, so apologetic. When I tried to get back in...neither key would work! Went back down to the front desk and they fixed the keys and again apologized...lol! Anyway, The next morning house keeping is banging on our door again telling us that we were supposed to be out of the room by 10:00 and I showed her my info and again she was so apologetic! By the time we left there I was a nervous wreck! I didn't know what the hell was going to happen next!
