We didn't stay, but gave up the $100 charge for the first night. It's not for travelers, it's for transient living. Want a coffee pot? They'll sell you one. Dishes of any kind? They'll sell you a package. Guests sat outside at times, greeting other guests by name. The manager said that all Woodspring Suites are this way--for "extended" stays. Our room was also missing a smoke detector.
Not a typical hotel kitchen item available.

Room was just ok. Water in shower head barely came out (it was just a weak stream of water) room smelled musty when we walked in. No kitchen stuff provided, not even a coffee pot in the room. It had a full size fridge, microwave & two burner cooktop, but absolutely nothing to cook with or eat on. If you’re not even serving coffee in the lobby, at least provide a coffee pot in the room.

Roon was clean, kitchen did not have any dishes or a coffee maker to make a cup of coffee. No hair dryer and not enough towels in bathroom. Room had a strange odor and dog barking at night at times. Parking lot was not lit properly. I believe I should be refunded some money back.
